Gymnastics’ core values are the pursuit of excellence in athletics, teamwork and good sportsmanship. Our Developmental Team Program will help introduce these values to gymnasts as they refine and learn new skills.
This is a non-competitive team program to help prepare our gymnasts to be a part of our competitive Team. Developmental Team members practice twice per week and will participate in a number of exhibitions to show their advancement throughout the year.

This competitive team program is a proud member of USA Gymnastics (USAG) and competes in the Xcel Program, a nationally recognized competitive pathway that offers gymnasts the opportunity to compete at a high level while still participating in activities outside of gymnastics.
The USAG Xcel program features multiple competitive levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — ensuring each gymnast competes where she is best suited while continuing to grow and develop within the sport.
Gymnasts interested in joining our Xcel team must go through a tryout with one of our Director. This program demands dedication and a commitment to year-round practices multiple times per week.

This competitive team program is a proud member of USA Gymnastics (USAG) and competes in the Junior Olympic (JO) Program, one of the most prestigious competitive pathways in gymnastics. Our program currently offers Levels 6, 7, and 8, providing a structured and progressive experience for dedicated gymnasts looking to compete at an elite level.
The USAG Junior Olympic program follows a nationally standardized skill and scoring system, ensuring gymnasts are consistently challenged and prepared to advance. This is our most demanding program, and families should be prepared to commit to many hours of training per week.
